tired and uninspired

I have decided that I am in serious need of a shopping trip, I look in my wardrobe every morning and am just totally uninspired. I usually look forward to choosing my outfit for the day, but recently its been a chore to find something to wear. Even when I do put something together it just never feels right and I want to change all day. I do however have a number of shopping trips lined up but they are quite a while away. The first is Camden with Meg in the easter holidays, the 2nd is when I go to visit my family in Exmouth/Exeter and the 3rd being my birthday shopping in may. Just need to get some money together now.

These are the main items that I am lusting over from h&m at the moment, especially the moccasins and the dark burgundy bikini. Hopefully the bikini will come back in stock in my size soon

Soul Punk

Many of you probably don't know, but once apon a time I was a fall out boy super fan. I lived, breathed, and slept fall out boy. I only ever listened to them and daydreamed regularly about Pete Wentz. Their posters graced my walls (and ceiling) and I would constantly scour magazines for articles about them. So when I found out about Patrick Stump going off in a new solo direction I was left jumping for joy, after all his voice had been the soundtrack to my life for the past 5 years. After a quick google search I was astonished; he had blossomed. Long gone are the days of side burns and caps in with the new slick image to match his brilliant new album. I have to say, he looks completely different, I mean as much as I adored the adorable, geeky Patrick from fall out boy I'm in love with the new look he now has. I haven't even begun on the music yet! I always have and always will be in love with his voice, its just so easy to listen to. It has that something that just completely relaxes me. All the songs encapsulate me, my words just cannot do it justice so just go and listen to it yourself, you won't regret it.

sleep tight

I realise I look half dead in this picture but I was absolutely knackered after having no sleep on Friday night, but that is the result of staying out for almost 24 hours. It was an ace party though, so I consider the sleep deprivation worth it.
I know this is a really weird outfit combination, but it was comfy and I love each piece. So I hope it works in an odd way.

If I had unlimited amounts of money these would definitely be some of the first things that I would go out and buy. I absolutely love all of them, and would be super happy even if I got just one of them. But it is completely unrealistic, well unless I win the lottery of course. A girl can dream aye

happy days

This weekend has been pretty darn good, on Friday night I went round my friend Bex's new house for a party. I ended up staying over with a couple of other people and I must admit it was funny looking at all the photos from the night the before together. I got home took a quick shower and headed out again to a mates house for the afternoon, which was also very lovely. Then on Sunday me and my mum went out to town to get some stuff and I ended up spending quite a bit of money.
1. two door cinema club album from the HMV sale
2.primark boots (i might return these, but haven't made up my mind yet)
3/4. peter pan collar floral dress in the sale from newlook. I tried this on a few months ago but didn't have the money to buy it so I was delighted when I found it in the sale.
5. black primark cami top, calvin klein pants and a Rene Rofe bra
6. dream mat mouse foundation which I tried for the first time on Friday night and fell in love with it. Colour FX blue temporary hair dye to use on the ends of my hair

Friday afternoon insperation

spring colours

I was thinking of dip dying my hair, either a really light blue or candy floss pink. I found some dye that looks suitable because it washes out and doesn't leave any stains which is perfect just in case it goes wrong. I'm not quite sure when I'm going to be able to pick up the dye because I have to find a superdrug that is big enough. I think Luton might be too small, but I will give it a shot anyway.

Just noticed that one of the jumper's I have was featured in 90210. It looks really different in this screen still though, I love that it's paired with light denim shorts. It would be a perfect outfit for later in the spring
